Yes. A multipurpose amenity room will be located on the main level, with direct access to an outdoor patio space and ample outdoor space complete with children’s play area. The outdoor amenity will be connected to the walking trails within the Nicomekl River.

Rents will be structured on a “rent-geared-to-income” basis equating to 30% of the household’s gross income.

Incomes up to $ 72,000 units with 2 Bedroom

Rented at affordable market rents determined by BC Housing for the Township of Langley
